Hi friend,
I don't know if It's possible to get a bios backup using FPT, as your result file before and the actual have not a Bios Backup File !
And the issue is that We cannot reflash back too Bios Modded using FPT !
Use this tool from Windows, rename this folder as FPT and copy It in C:\
Then open a Comand Prompt with Administrator rights and run this comand :

FPTw -d bios.bin -bios

It will read and bcakup your bios

Also if this bios version might be problematic, there is new BIOS released by Lenovo I could try to flash that and rerun all the other utilities.

Error 201: [FPT.exe] cannot be run on the current platform.
Please contact your vendor

Then I copy the fpt file used for backup my bios, I've got another error
Error 280: Failed to diable write protection for the BIOS space

Yes I know Error 280 = Eeprom Write Protect !!!
Only way to bypass It is re-write Bios directly into Eeprom, using an SPI External USB Programmer with Pomona Soic Clip :

I have tried to modified version and got the same error so i switched the version of FPT to 9.5.14.1724
this time i get
Reading HSFSTS register... Flash Descriptor: Valid
--- Flash Devices Found ---

W25Q32BV ID:0xEF4016 Size: 4096KB

PDR Region does not exist
GBE Region does not exist
Error 28: Protected Range Registers are currently set by BIOS, preventing flash access.

I will try to look into BIOS settings to see if i can disable that.

have You used Prr.exe (Svl7 utility to unlock Eeprom) before using FPT 9.5 as error 28 many times is disabling by Prr or Prr2 !
