You make a good work (if understood your mean You replaced the Original PCI / VEN with Not Whitelist One)
and doing this operation replacing Modules into PMT 265 (I think as It is lastone) so yours WiFi Cards now are
Whitelisted
About warranty anyway if They make checks will see the modify so You need to reflash original anyway !!!
This are the modifies into Module to get rid completely the WL :


Remove Whitelist Module Mod :

The changes are easy to to by HxD (HexEditor) then replace the Module by PMT 265 Structure way !

I can moify your Bios but to rewrite It back You need the Tools (SPI PGM +Clip) look here :

yes, there are 2 chips，one is bios,another one is EC. You should flash the EC chip via SIP。
