[REQUEST] Lenovo V510-15ikb BIOS Unlock

Hi!

I would like to request a modded bios for the Lenovo V510-15ikb.
Here is the link to the Bios:

I mainly care about the TDP settings for the processor, which are probably in
the advanced tab which is sadly hidden or disabled.
I would also like to know whether or not i can flash the modified bios normally
or if i need a spi-programmer etc.
Also if i cant flash the bios normally, is there any way to access the advanced
tab without modifying the bios, since i have seen videos of people accessing
hidden settings in the bios by entering certain key combination?
