We have to use FPT from USB Dos Mode !
So I uploaded here two version You have to use first one and then second to see which one is for your laptop !
FPT 9.5 :

To use from windows copy in C: and rename as FPT the open a Comand Prompt with Admin Rights and
do this comands :
C:\cd \
C:\cd FPT
C:\fptw -f bios.bin -bios (this for O.S. 32 bits)
C:\fprw64 -f bios.bin -bios (this for O.S. 64 Bits)
Do that procedure for FPT 8.1 and 9.5, if You will not get a bios.bin file and got errors
then You will try Dos version !
So create an USB Dos Formatted Bootable Stick and copy all files from modified folder
(FPT 8.1 one time and 9.5 second time) into USB root folder then boot from USB and
run this comand :
C:\fpt -f bios.bin -bios
(It's same procedure for both version 8.1 and 9.5)

I have boot from USB Stick and tried to run FPT 9.5 and after that FPT 8.1.
FPT 9.5 prodices error 201 as before. Error 201: [FPTw.exe] cannot be run on the current platform.
FPT 8.1 prodices error 104. Error 104: The 2 SPI flash devices do not have compatible command sets.
I tried it from windows, but I have the same error http://clip2net.com/s/inZtbK

I have tried two times from pure dos, but anyway I have the same results, error 104.
My bios is different or something wrong happens with a laptop?

there is other error using the second version of fparts.txt from your last response.
Command fptw64 -f bios.bin -bios raises Error 252: Image file "bios.bin" not found. According to help -f parameter writes image to bios. But i didnt have bios.bin file. According to the same help -d paramenter makes a dump of bios. I tried this one but i have an error Error 26: The host CPU does not have read access to the target flash area. To enable read access for this operation you must modify the descriptor settings to give host access to this region. There is the same error when I executed it in DOS.
