Warning: Not all of the file data will be written to flash because the file is longer than the flash area to be written to!
File: bios.bin
File length: 12582912
Write length: 4194304

Isn't it a problem? Should I confirm flashing, or wait for some fix?

don't do nothing as I have check the Mod and I will reply quickly here !
Wait for a fix, your Bios Backup is bigger than normal !
Use this tool, run It as Administrator and get a result file then upload It here :

NEW_BACKUP_FPTs tool cannot create a bios backup, some read lines appears shortly.

Universal Bios Backup tool creates too big file, over 12 Mb

Which tool I can use to create a backup of bios? Windows 8.1 x64. All tools I ran wih admin rights.
