Ok, I have got programmer, but, please spit my rom in two files, cause, i have 2 chips for bios ( winbond 25q32bvsig and 25q64bvsig)

I soved out 25q32bvsig - its totaly clear.. FF FF FF. I write to 25q32 next file: x32_bios-region_8.1.51.1476.bin from results.rar (https://www.sendspace.com/file/czlpad), solved this chip to motherboard, but laptop still breaked
So, on 25q32 i have x32_bios-region_8.1.51.1476.bin and I don't know what information on 25q64.
P.S. sorry for my english
