Hello!Did you tried use your battery at same laptop?
Did you attached another working battery to laptop?
May be your charger chip is broken and need for replace.
You may bought bad (uncompatible) battery with charger so you must see special crashed text when laptop starts..

Hello .This battery from another laptop but v580. There he is charging and working fine. On v580c works too, but not charging. Is it possible in BIOS to remove a battery test? Thank you.
