We can mod your bios but this mod flash not propertly.
Look at result95.png
Error 280:failed to disable write protection for bios space.
We can skip this error if your plaform support Sleep Bug.
Give your laptop to suspended mode and wake up it after few seconds.Then run BackupTools again and look at new output images.
If error will disappear we can flash this mod without HW SPI Tools.

Hey Thx Mate. Now i have the Thermal Configuration in BIOS. i try so many thinks. fan off and so. but it doenst work. you have configuration for example. i want to fan off under 60C.

Hmm, did you follow all steps?
1. Downgrade to ver 1.14 (get from official site)
2.Flash mod after Sleep Bug (download last version and replace mod to origin bios).
Sleep bug working only under OS, before flashing set laptop to suspended mode.

i think i do everything right. so advanced bios is there. but the changes from the terminal (fan) dont have effect. can i re downgrade then flash again?

i do downgrade to 1.13 after then i flash the ...fugy87 bios (after sleep bug)

Is it possible for you to help me unlock my lenovo y50-70 bios, in order to allow 128Mb of video memory?
It's in version 3.43 for the moment.
What is the procedure to backup and send you the good informations?
I've been trying but there's always a needed program that is restricted ad I can't download...
