No, newbackup no needed. Your current version is 9ECN36WW, but you can get mod of newest version 9eCN43WW.Just update if from official site and create new mod. Then you can downgrade to 1.13 so 1st step can be skipped

You must flash 1.13 or 1.14 ver after created dump of 3.04 ver.
Users with 1.13 or 1.14 no downgrade needed.
If you have 1.14 mod so i can prepaire it.
If you want modded 3.03 or 3.04 ver (newest) so backup it and post here.
