[REQUEST] Lenovo Y50-70 (9ECNxxWW) BIOS Unlock

Hello, I am new to this forums, and came here to ask for help, recently i am trying to set my graphic device to be using Dedicated graphic card (GTX 860M), (I am not doing it for gaming but for other purposes), to do that, a friend of mine told me i had to unlock my bios. and am really dumb when it come to this bios stuff, and i'm also afraid of risking destroying my laptop.

I used CMD to get to know my bios version (Using the command "wmic bios get smbiosbiosversion")

And it is: 9ECN43WW (v3.03)

Appreciate any help!

Use AIDA64 tool too (cracked version to get FULL REPORT) and upload a Report too

You have Downgrade to the version 1.14 to Unlock Eeprom Chip so
will Flash the Bios Mod over It using the Sleep Bug !

yea mate thank you, but the title is saying "Lenovo_IdeaPad_Y50-70_Y70-70_Touch_9ECN43WW_NWL_ADV_FirePhoneix.rar" is that UHD or normal? just making sure, and also, i wanted to touch my "Graphic Device" to be Dedicated, not Uma or Auto-Select.  so can i use that after installing that unlock? And how can I downgrade my bios?

But has name ". . . FirePhoneix.rar (3.26 MB) " as It's using your Bios Backup so You
are writeing back your Bios Backup Modded
About the Video Card You have to check if your MoBo has a system Muxed or Muxless . . .

As Disabling on Muxed your Laptop will continue to work but on Muxless It will got a Black Screen !

ow To Downgrade :
Snebob (user) suggestion . . .
Run this to downgrade:

Remember to set the Option (BIOS Back Flash) in bios that
enables you to flash an older bios, before you run it.

I found another solution - Just in case it was ever needed.
Download the 1.14 version

Then use 7-zip to extract that .exe file, You will find a platform.ini file into that folder.
Then Look for "BIOSVFEnable=2" and replace it with "BIOSVFEnable=0", run as Administrator InsydeFlash.exe tool and go !
Verified working !

My laptop have CPU i7-4710HQ and gtx860 4g,RAM 16g.

But now , I want to use wol and can not find wake-on-lan setting.

Please tell me , if unlock this BIOS ,will there have this feature in power menu?

Later I will use your two tools to backup BIOS and other information,

if I get that, can I post in this Post or make a new Post in Requsting?

Last,can you tell me where I can learn about this for new BIOS update?
