I need to unlock the BIOS (reset system (admin) password) on my laptop to enable hardware virtualization. Is it possible?
I know the documentation says that the bios admin password cannot be officially reset. Found a solution here https://stuffprime.com/how-to-remove-bios-password/ , but the exe-file of the current BIOS version isn't in SFX (9ECN43WW), so I can't unzip it and change the configuration file. The file of the previous BIOS version is in SFX (9ECN40WW), but I didn't find information about how dangerous the downgrade BIOS version on my laptop.
