Thanks I tired downloading the file but my virus scanner said it was a threat and killed it.  Thanks anyway, seems too risky.  Might just get a new laptop.

No virus, Win 10 or defender error

Any chance you could PM me the firmware that removes the whitelist?

I just got new Wifi card -7260 AC, fcc id pd97260ngu
And discovered that there's a whitelist, following "unauthorized wireless network card is plugged in" error.

So.. How do I make a dump?

The bios is now unlocked and I can install the new wifi card

I'm not sure what you mean. My card is AC7260 and AC wifi (5GHz) is working very good. The problem is bluetooth - not working.

This is card I bought (different MAC adresses):

Try swap cables. White one with black one and vice versa. It is recomended for 8265 model by Intel... but second opinion is that it dosen't matter (booth antennas are the same). 

I think that I know why bluetooth sometimes works and sometimes not. I disabled Serial Port A at Advanced menu in EFI (bios) after unlock this menu. That was the reason for the problem with bluetooth. Auto option for Serial Port A from Peripherals from Advanced bios menu will resolve the problem.

Check if Serial Port A is set to Auto at Advanced -> Peripherals at BIOS.
