I think It is Eeprom Write Protect so It's not possible to rewrite Bios by FPT, to be sure use this tool run as Administrator and upload resut file here :

I flash it uses insedyFlash.exe and it can flash to my z510.
Bios Version Change From 8DCN26WW =>> 8DCN39WW
and some option like Graphic card option to disable NVIDIA OPTIMUS add to my z510 bios. and I think like you FPT Can't Flash bios to my z510. but insydeFlash can.
because I did it.

which bios have You flashed by InsydeFlash ?
Is It a modded one ?
How You flashed It ?, only renamed It and replaced into original folder ?
Can You explain detailed all steps You have done ?
I will wait your reply and will mod for You your bios backup !

I found that your Bios is Capsulated (Insyde Bios H2O) so It's not possible to re-flash by
InsydeFlash if modded as Signature Check error !!!
Only way to Flash It is :

1. FPT by Intel
2. Recovery Mode

Let me know, what have You done as Original Bios You can flash without issue, is normal !
Modded One is not possible reflashing by InsydeFlash (We all are trying to bypass this check) !

No. I get it from a guy from forum.lenovo.com and he get this bios form lenovo technicial support

No. I Extract 8DCN39WW.EXE use winrar it contains Bios File. 8DCN39WW.FD And InsydeFlash.exe and it component.

3.Can You explain detailed all steps You have done ?
After I Extract it by winrar. I copy entry folder to drive c: and run InsydeFlash.exe
windows restart. and then process of Insydeflash start after that.
after Insydeflash process success by z510 restart and work nomal.
like previus post version of bios change from V.26 TO V.39.

Because my English is very bad.
I don't Understand that u want.

It's what I said You have flashed Original Bios, so You hve done an upgrade normaly !
But to flash a Modded Bios is different !!!
We cannot use InsydeFash to write Modded Bios as there are many checks (Insyde Secure Flash, RSA, Caspulation), so We ahve only two ways as I said :

1. Intel FPT tool to write directly into Eeprom (error 280 not possible write)

2. Recovery Mode (not Always Working)
