These Tools have to access to Hi-Mem Protected Area into the RAM where is hidden the
Bios Copy running during laptop working !
So AV see them like a Dangerous but It's a False Positive !!!

Hello guys!

I was on Bios 91 and found and used the following link to get v26:
https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mob...cn26ww.exe

Downgraded to 26 by closing the lid and then back up, right click and ran as admin. it did its thing, restarted windows and ran the downgrade, hit 100% and then rebooted and back into my desktop.

I ran the Backuptools s14a and Aida64 extreme full and got the results: (edit removed)

Unpack the Bios Mod and copy the "modified" folder into C: HD root place !
Then open Command Promt with Admin Rights (CLI window C:\), put your laptop
into Sleep Mode (just close the Lid) and then Wacke-Up It (reopen the Lid),
after this execute these comands from CLI window :

cd \

cd modified

fptw -f bios.bin -bios

(or fptw64 for Windows x64)
