Are you try to hackintosh? I have the same module, I have install 10.11.4 successfully without change to 96MB DVMT, just adding patch. The problem is I cannot remove whitelist, so wifi don't work.

There is a diffenence, mine is i7-5500U, your cpu is i5-5200U. What the intel display adapter show in windows?

I've noticed there were a lot of errors during scan, is this caused by running x64 OS? If so, I can install a 32-bit win7 in dual-boot.

You did not run that tool as Admin (this tool requires the highest priviledges) or you use Win 10.
