(REQUEST) Lost usb functionality after bios update

Hi, a bios update has disabled the reading of the usb2 devices of my notebook.
The pc has only two USB 3 ports (plus three other internal ports that I use for SDcard, Wifi and bluetooth) but one of the two only goes with usb3 and does not read usb2 devices.
Is there any way to fix this by modifying the bios?

not sure if this is possible . can you log in to windows and download the bios to your computer and see if it fixes that way

Thanks for the reply. The .bin file I have attached is the only version I have. The manufacturer (WBIN) no longer exists and the website has been disabled, so there is no support.
I was able to open the attached .BIN file in my first message with a software called H2OEZE x86, which is capable of opening .bin files (http://gofile.me/6EH67/GxHrBcRdV)

The problem is that I don't know what to change, which is why I wrote on the forum
