[REQUEST] Medion Deputy P40 unlock / disable undervolt protection

Hi guys, 

I would like to undervolt my CPU (to reduce temps/fan noise) but the undervolt protection is enabled, and there is not option in the BIOS to change that. Could anyone modify it for me or guide me so I can disable this undervolt protection please ? In the meantime my only option seems to be to lower TPL in ThrottleStop but that decreases performance, unlike undervolting.

CPU : Intel Core i5-12450H

I tried opening the BIOS files in UEFITool and AMIBCP but there are errors that prevent me to open them :

The update file is not your dump.
Also, a tool designed to work with AMI BIOSes will not work with your INSYDE bios

Thanks. Sorry, I'm a bit new to all of this : which tool could I use instead if UEFITool and AMIBCP are not meant for my BIOS ?
To dump my BIOS, is it supposed to be the same tool ?
