The BIOS mod is complete! The modified BIOS image archive can be found at the bottom of this post.

Due to the gigantic number of mods and tweaks performed, I will just give you an overall summary of the mods. The first three parent menus in the BIOS Setup Utility have been tweaked. The Advanced Menu in particular has been revamped to include a vast and diverse array of new sub-menus and settings. I am sure that you will have fun with the newfound power that this massive menu gives to you over your computer's configurations.

Generic Warnings/Disclaimers:

Please remember to take proper precautions when flashing your BIOS. Even if the BIOS image is safe, the flashing process can still fail. Make sure that [if applicable] your notebook is fully charged (100%), that the power adapter is properly connected, and that the chance of a power outage occurring is as minimal as possible. Do not interrupt the flashing process. If possible, it is good practice to have a working CRISIS recovery disk handy when flashing your BIOS. Use the flashing instructions for your particular computer brand. DO NOT DO ANYTHING UNNECESSARY!!!

Hello thank you for your work. I can not test the Bios at the moment.
My notebook does not work.
It happens an accident.
I have flashed the wrong bios file.
Maybe anybody can help me.

I miss here in the forum a "Biosrecovery" or "Bioscrisis" section. How can i find it?

@ Sml6397: Can you see, in the Bios which hot key i have to use to start the crisis Operation?

Just get the Tools (SPI PGM and Clip) and I will help to rebuild your Firmware !

•Alt+Esc
•Fn+Esc
•Win+B
•Fn+B
•Win+R
•Fn+R
•Ctrl+F
•Win+F
•Ctrl+Alt+S
•Ctrl+Home
•Fn+Home
•Alt+End
•Ctrl+End
•End

I recommend that you use the stock BIOS image for CRISIS, and then flash the modified BIOS image when you get the computer working again.

I prorammed my bios chip new with a ics programmer. Now my Notebook work.

Thank you for your Bios mod it works. Screen shoot will de folloing. I test at the Moment.

Can you help my please for some Options?
What means the Option on the HDD Port: IDE--> ahci class
Are there AHCI mode or not? When i aktivate AHCI the notbook hold on an stuck on boot. Have any ideas?

Hello pseudodeed,

You need to instruct Windows to install the AHCI driver, so that Windows can be run in AHCI mode. To do this, please follow these instructions. Note: You will need to disable AHCI in your BIOS before following these instructions.
