1. All files from Intel ME System Tools v8 r3\Flash Programming Tool\DOS
2. prr2.exe from this zip-file
Boot and run
prr2
Make a screenshot.
Then
fpt -bios -d bios.rom
and
fpt -bios -f bios.rom

Doesn't look good. prr2.exe seems to fail. see this screenshot on my onedrive:
https://1drv.ms/i/s!ArX7-6HxdVrnrhLbHoDL6PlFL6Yj

the bios dump operation was successful. The flash was not.. Same error 28 protected range registers set we saw before with BDR region and BGE region does not exist. see screenshot

Hmm.
Unpack your P11ABK BIOS installer.
Go to this folder and run with administrator's rights:
SFlash64.exe /file P11ABK.cap /bak old_one.cap
Show the result.

1. Take USB stick and format to FAT32
2. Create directory structure EFI\Boot
3. Download and unzip bootx64.7z
4. Put BOOTX64.EFI to Boot directory.
5. Boot from this USB stick
6. Run command: setup_var 0xC4
7. Make and post foto of the screen.
