Yes, I pressed again but it gave me the same result. As prr.exe was already executed.

Please don't stop helping me. I really need to pursue this case. I am willing to pay

I want to help You sincerely, but so far all manufacturers are going to protect their Bioses and Win8 using RSA Signed technique, so now It's not possible
modify and reflash Bioses as will get error 28 or 280.
many times using Prr.exe Svl7 Modder tool We can bypass error 28 otherwise We have to consider to use an SPI External USB Programmer.
