I test it two times on cold boot and it works!
I was sure that i tried that setting.

Oh it's not fixed, i get still the same bug after cold boot.
I think yesterday the board was not completely discharged after plugin off PSU and in.
I test it a few times and now i know how to reproduce it every time, so it would be nice if you can take a look on that again.


And something other, i played around with the Bus Speed and look at the behavior of the CPU. Maybe it's a power target thing.

Open Device Manager, click View at the top of the window, click Device by connection
Select top of tree and press * on numpad to expand all.
Find your graphics card in expanded tree and make a screenshot with your graphics card and its parents.
