No problem, i can wait and it doesn't have to be done today.

Make cold boot.
Open RWEverything, choose PCI and select Bus 85, Device 00, Function 00
Try to change bytes on offset 0x6A: 12 10 -> 02 11
If all OK, then make TXT-report of CPU-Z

Then select Bus 80, Device 07, Function 00
Try to change bytes on offset 0xA2: 12 30 -> 02 31
If all OK, then make new TXT-report of CPU-Z

Or try these two changes in reverse order.

Nope i can't change 0x6A: 12 10 to 02 11
When i do it will override it back to 12 10

Nope, maybe it's a bug with the GPU itself on older boards :/
Then i can life with rebooting it when x1 speed.

Try to use Slot #2 (second from bottom and 6th from CPU) and disable all others in BIOS.

I tried other slots and disabled all other, i get still the same.
