Hi friend,
this is a Capsulated Bios so We have only two ways to reflash Modded Bios :

1. Intel FPT
2. Recovery Mode (Toshiba not working well)

So use this tool to verify your Eeprom Status and get a result file, run It as Aministrator and upload It here :

http://rghost.net/52417082

Let me know
Regards

P.S. you Bios Data :

Recovery filenames are:

VFX64.fd

Here is your Recovery File to try It :

http://rghost.net/56563064

Prepare an USB Stick Dos Formatted Fat32 and copy this file into then follow this Recovery Procedure :

- Performing the emergency flash:

- Shutdown the netbook (notebook)
- Remove all peripheral devices
- Remove battery, Remove AC power cord
- Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds (battery and AC power still out), then release
- Put the USB Memory Stick in the USB port
- Hold "Fn" + "Esc" and plug the AC power cord in
- Now press the power button (whilst still holding Fn + Esc).
Wait until the fan will run, then release "Fn" + "Esc" keys
- The fan will run for about 2-10 minutes and the USB drive activity LED will blink
- I think the netbook rebooted automatically. If it doesn't, unplug the AC power cord once the fan has turned off

The bios should be updated with the modified BIOS, and boot as per normal.

In this way You are writing back your original Bios You posted here and check if Recovery Mode is working on your laptop !

Look into result file (unpack It by 7Zip) pics error 28 not good !
We have to try to bypass using prr.exe !
Let me know Recovery Mode (when error 28 It's not working well)
Regards

I found two Tabs locks :

Advanced (0x67 from string package 0x0)
Power (0x3C3 from string package 0x0)

So We can unlock these two (your Bios has 8 Tabs) just 6 unlocked + 2 !

Try this way :

I too suggest this.
I have a 1GB flash drive I tried initially, and it wouldn't work for whatever reason.

As for how I prepped a flash drive, I ran these commands (from Windows):

diskpart
list disk
select disk # (# being the number for the flash drive listed in above command)
clean (be aware this wipes all data off the selected drive)
create partition primary
format fs=fat32 quick
active
assign
exit

From there, copy over the Bios file, throw it in the laptop, and try BDMaster's instructions.

It worked Whohaaaaaaaaa took about a minute , so the problem was i did not format the usb drive properly haha.

Let me know

Bypass using prr.exe (Svl7 Tool) is inside FPT folder I will send to You and It will launch automaticaly by flash.bat comand

Here your Bios Mod base on your Bios Backup using Intel FPT :

http://rghost.net/56566354

Unpack and copy all files from modified folder to your USB Dos Bootable Stick (follow
instructions to make USB and flash).

You'll find two comands :

Flash1.bat
Flash2.bat

So use first one if It don't works try second and if second don't work It need
an SPI External USB Programmer with POMONA Soic Clip !

Ok friend, i am sorry but your Eeprom is Write Memory Protect !
You can bypass this issue only using a SPI External USB Programmer with POMONA Soic Clip !
