[REQUEST]Toshiba Qosmio X505 bios unlock throttling settings because cooling upgraded

Hi,

My Qosmio X505 cooling is heavy modded so it's cold even on high end games but cpu is throttling itself on 65*C(!?) and i suppose that's hidden in bios settings and based od cpu usage.

Tried ESC and A+F10 trick, not working.

Bios is image is fully naked, FD and ISO files visible. No rsa encryption. It should'nt be hard to unlock hidden advanced tab for experienced user.
