[REQUEST] Unlock Sony Vaio SX 12 VJS125 BIOS Phoenix Securecode R0360ZA

Not sure if it should go here or into Phoenix UEFI subforum (it Phoenix Securecode and thus UEFI )
Anyways, I would like to humbly ask help in unlock of the hidden options in Vaio SX12 VJS 125 BIOS (intelME settings , TPM settings and AHCI / NVME stuff is of particular profound interest)

I have manage to find installers for my version R0360ZA and several newer ones ( R0360ZA and R0380ZA )

they were in weird archive but I managed to grab the temp folder and so now I have the BIOSes (thry are supplied as .Cap files) and all the update tooling

But I am at my wit's ends beyond this point, please help

P.S. and one more thing, my current BIOS has a mystery “provisioning BIOS configuration key” option with current status CLEAR

Does that mean that currently I don’t have dreaded Bios signing 
or something else entirely ?
