Ah im sry i forgot about this board i guess...
As i realized that there wont be an elegent way to replace the Nvidia Optimus crap with a command line tool or sth like that
because of the inability to port some linux scripts i decided to fall back to windows again...
Seems that the Lenovo hardware isnt a good base for a hackintosh according to the energy management^^ (nvidia gforce drains far too much)
If anyone has a tip for me how to handle this problem i would give hackintosh a try again but right now its really unattractiv hm...

Sorry to bump a slighly old thread, but I am interesting in installing this mod (I am replacing the wireless card in my T420). Since there is no feedback here, I would be happy to leave some after I check it out. Only one issue, I am a linux only user, and obviously a .exe will not work. Most people recommend booting in FreeDOS and running the install utility there. My question is, will that work with the .exe camiloml has provided?

I have checked and confirmed that my bios flash, and the url the user provided are the same.
