Can someone please assist me in unlocking this whitelist? the link to the DL of the bios software is Here

it is version F0A

I attempted to use the method to edit it myself, as found on the main page chained to the top, but after using EZh20 and WINhex I sputtered by not finding what I was supposed to. Although I would love a simple DL link to a modded BIOS I really want to learn how to do this. And if someone could write down the steps they took, so I could repeat them, perhaps throw in a picture or two...I would be a very VERY happy camper.

Please know that I did run a search, and google search for my bios version, and model number but came up empty. If this bios has already been modded please provide me a link.

Finally, there are hundreds of thousands of threads on this forum and I am confident one of them discusses what I would like, but again I have been unable to find it, and am asking for help... once I unzip the bios package, and actually find the whitelist file [it has to be a file right, its not just coding, but if it is isn't there some way to convert it to a .txt doc, like when I edit HTML content] is there a way I can view what is on and what isn't on the whitelist of my computer? and if it is just numbers [as was seen in my attempts to edit it in WINhex] how does the computer know to reject the hardware? do the numbers [whitelist] need to match the numbers located on the hardware?

Sorry if it is confusing and doesnt make much sense. but I truly want to see the whitelist. and I want the nuts and bolts of how it works. not just its a magical list that tells your computer what hardware to allow to run and what hardware wont run.

Any other possible links that could help in my understanding of exactly how the whitelist works, what it is, and how to view it would be great appreciated.

benj851 - has anyone responded with this request? I also have a 7012nr and also would like to unlock it so I can put in a different wifi card. I currently have an RT5390, but want to put in an AR9285.
