[REQUEST] h61 Motherboard BIOS Unlock

hello everyone.

My bios version is: AMI 4.6.5
My mobo: HIPER h61-ich7

My cheap motherboard blocks my cpu's Turbo Boost feature I guess.

I asked for help on all kind of forums about my problem and we tried lot's of things but nothing worked. At the end we reach the conclusion of the motherboard manufacturer blocked turbo boost feature (there's option about enable turbo boost but does nothing). And I see same problems on people who has same motherboard.

so what I need is to find and remove block that prevents my cpu to boost, unlock my bios so it can turbo boost and maybe a couple of OC options would be very nice.

ps: I cant find bios from manufacturer I looked everywhere on google so I attached my own bios Rom file that I save with afuwin.

If any information or file needed just tell me I will add them.
