[REQUEST} to unlock advanced settings on insyde h2o bios

Hi. could you please mod my bois, i only need the advanced menu unlocked.
Its a sony vaio vpcsb16fg.
original bios download page from sony-

VPCSB16FG ORIGINAL BIOS
Its windows 7 ultimate, 64bit.

Any help would be appreciated. also kindly let me know if theres another way to unlock the advance option under bios, i want to change the behavior function key to 'multimedia first'. So i dont have to press the FN key each time i want to increase/decrease brightness/volume etc.
