Hello everybody!

I have an Acer V3-771G-53218G75Maii laptop.
It has legacy BIOS v1.15.
I would like to upgrade it to v2.28 UEFI BIOS.
Is it possible (and safe) to upgrade it via recovery method (fn+ESC) ?
...because flashing from windows doesn't allow upgrading from v1.x to v2.x.
If it is possible, i would be grateful if someone could make a modded v2.28 BIOS with unlocked options.

bios v2.28 but in Legacy Bios mode, not UEFI.

Hi, I have a Acer Aspire V3-771g. I want now to upgrade my CPU i5 3210m to i7 3610qm and want to change some things in BIOS to manage temp on CPU better. So, can someone help me to unlock BIOS. I want to unlock v1.14 and v2.28 UEFI. I will appreciate your help and ty for any help.

is there a stable version that doesn't crash the bios 2.28 for acer v3-771G? and you can't just enable that you start the computer via nvdia, because I have hackibtosh and I can't use optimus with mac but only the processor's video card.
