#21
Hello,

I attached the newest BIOS for Acer Aspire V3-771G UEFI.

I need the BIOS unlocked or just the Intel VT-X (Virtualisation) activated.

thanks and have a nice day

Lol it's only been a day. There's no need to bump it that soon Tongue

Try this out. Just run InsydeFlash.exe to flash the modded rom.

It hasn't been a day, I posted that on the 10th of December of 2013, it's been over 30 days!

Also, what was modded in the one you linked to?

XD I thought it was posted on January 10th hahaha!

I unlocked 2 tabs. I'm not sure what they are though. I haven't finished up developing my UEFI IFR Dumper, so I couldn't see what tabs in your setup utility contained.

1.15 is not EFI, it's a regular BIOS.

Feel free to exaime the contents of your bios until you come to the conclusion that they are, without a doubt, UEFI.

I know the difference between UEFI & BIOS.

My V3-771G came with Windows 7, it has the regular BIOS, 1.15 is the most recent update to said BIOS.

If the V3-771G came with Windows 8, then then it would be UEFI and have a version number of 2.xx!

You can easily check the Acer site if you don't believe me, but I'll make it easy for you!:
