[Request Advanced Options] Dell XPS 2720 advanced fan control options

Hi, i am seeking help to access fan speed options in advanced menu of my bios. Options appear in IFR extract but are grayed out and i couldn't understand how to display them despite reading so many guides. I have attached the bios dump from AFUwin and the A12 bios from dell website. I will be gratefull for any help. Thanks.

Hi, thanks for the quick help, i tried to flash this one and get this error
18 - error: Secure flash rom verify fail. 

Unfortunately, even when i try to flash the original backups i made i get this error. This might be the cause, is there a better way to back than using AFUWINGUI that wouldn't give this error

Using this tool to dump bios and attach it.(Run dump.bat as administrator)

Here you go.  My main goal is to be able to use an eGPU in the mini PCIE slot.  I think enabling Hot-swapping PCIE and bypassing a PCIE whitelist are high priority but this is my first time doing eGPU stuff.  Any additional options would be great.
