[Request] Bios upgrade of an HP Elitedesk 800 G4 mini to support i7 9700T

Try to flash modded firmware to both BIOS chips (16 & 32MB).

Will take a while now. I think the 16MB chip is toast  
It gets detected but freezes neoprogrammer or asprogrammer on any operation.
Connections are good, tried 2 different programmers and clips. Same behavior.

Ordered a new one. Takes about 2-3 weeks to arrive  
I dont want to add another variable to this endeavor but would it be possible to use a W25Q128FV for this? It lacks some features like 128-bit Unique ID, Security Registers with OTP locks...
... but I could source them quicker.
