Access value "CPU/BIOS - ID: 0x00, Read: 0x00B, Write: 0x00A , i remember it can be both read and write with bios region ,why yours can't??
Or my memory was fault? or your laptop has hardware bios locked?

If you can modify access value to "Read: 0x0ff, Write: 0x0ff" , that we can easy both read and write by intel fpt tool.
But it is hard to you ,as mei area is locked,too.

If it was me ,i can desolder bios chip from mainboard ,then modified "Master Access Section " of mei area ,or i can direct modify logo module.

Sorry , i have no ability to help you out.
