[Request] Dell M5010 Whitelist removal

I am trying to use an eGPU on this laptop through the mPCIe slot as part of an arcade cabinet build. If a white listed card is not detected the mPCIe port is disabled entirely. I would be very grateful if the whitelisting could be removed! Thanks in advance! Please let me know if any additional information is required.

Update: I have exhausted all other troubleshooting methods. My entire setup will not work unless I can get this fixed =( Willing to donate some $ for a successful solution!

Am I missing any additional information that is required? Ive seen people ask for a BIOS backup as oppose to the installer DL link. Would that be better?
