For me just the ability to used AMD fixed mode. No support for Windows 8.1 and BSOD on Windows 10 in (unchangeable) Dynamic Mode.

I can download the BACKUP_Tools.exe, but not the Universal Bios Backup.rar, I get "This page can’t be displayed" in IE and "This web page is not available" in chrome?

It's an AMI Bios Aptio V not Standard and It's not possible modify yet !
