If it's overclocking what you want todo with this board you could buy an Xeon W3680/ W3690 CPU (it has unlocked multiplier).

Discovery you can you use the utility SetFSB and raise the FSB from 133 to 136 but that is all! Working PLL's CV193CPAG and CV183APAG

I have no idea what bios this motherboard runs on it looks like a costum bios made by hp but I have no idea were to post a request for unlocking because hp right.
