[Request] HP dv3-4020sp unlock advanced BIOS options

Hi,
My laptop is a HP DV3-4020sp.

Computer model : HP dv3-4020sp
Processor : i3 m350 @2.3GHz
Bios Type : Insyde Bios
Bios Revision : F.26
BIOS link: http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp51501-52000/sp51953.exe

Is it possible to unlock advanced options in bios?
The bios file starts with 01 so I think it might be RSA signed.
