[Request] Lenovo X130e Hidden Settings BIOS Mod
#1
Hello, I would like someone to mod my BIOS or teach me how to mod one. I would like an overclock on the CPU and the Intel HD Graphics Core with the updated Intel HD Graphics GT1 vBIOS integrated into the modded bios. Thanks in advance.

Here's the specs of the laptop:

Intel Celeron 857 CPU
Intel HD Graphics GT1
(12 Unified Shaders)

I dumped the BIOS from Universal BIOS Backup Tool 2.0

Attached Files
.zip   Lenovo_X130e_BIOS.zip (Size: 1.81 MB / Downloads: 23)

Lenovo X130e Configuration:

Intel Celeron 857 @1200 MHz
Intel HD Graphics 2000 GT1
8GB Samsung DDR3-1333 SO-DIMM Dual Channel
Intel HM65 Express Chipset
Broadcom 802.11 a/b/g/n Wireless Card
Samsung 840 EVO 250GB SSD
Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit Edition with UEFI Boot Enabled

I ran as Admin on Windows 10 Build 10041 64-bit. The BIOS file and results.rar are in the attachments. I examined results.rar and there are lots of error logs in for some reason even though I ran the tool as Admin like you said.

Ok, brb. I'm on the X130e right now.

EDIT: I'm done uploading them. Here are the screenshots of the BIOS: http://imgur.com/a/V2dMq
Just out of curiosity, what modifications does this new bios have?
I previously flashed new bios by using this link: http://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc/...uj12us.exe
The file names match too.

I'll reupload it again, but can you overclock with a modded bios and is hidden settings enabled? Is the latest vBIOS for Intel HD Graphics GT1 integrated in the modded BIOS?

I flashed the custom BIOS you uploaded. All went well and now there are advanced options. I flashed it by using the command winflash /force. The Phoenix UEFI Winflash tool worked perfectly.

This one is the Intel one: 8QET58WW
This one is the AMD one: 8RET54WW

Is there a way to overclock the CPU and the Intel HD Graphics 2000 GT1 core by hex-editing it? Is it possible for you to integrate the latest vBIOS for Intel HD Graphics 2000 GT1 into the BIOS?
The date and time option in the BIOS has disappeared. Is it possible for you to mod it and re-enable it back?

Thanks for all your help.

Hi friend,
Could You upload the actual Bios Menu Tabs to see the differences ?
This Modify is possible thanks to (a Big Bios Modder) OLEH, He is studying ,
disassembling 1and finding the Swap Method !
He is more able than me and I will write about your request !
Yes It's possible to update the vBios and about OC may be too !
The Date replacing is a good choice as all Others Tabs are needing !
Upload the vBios You want to integrate into this Bios and I will try to
replace, then choice which Tab do You want to sacrifice for Advcanced
and I will try to do !
Let me know
Regards

P.S. Donation I will give to Oleh too if do You make !

Ok, I didn't know you had to sacrifice tabs. That's alright for Date and Time tab to be sacrificed. But how do I source for the latest vBIOS for Intel HD Graphics 2000 GT1 or extract it from another BIOS? The X131e has similar specifications to the X130e. Here's the X131e BIOS: http://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc/...uj21us.exe

@Oleh do you know how to do it?
