[Request] MS 7720 2.0 Bios Unlock for Gigabyte R9 280x GPU on Medion MT 14 PC

Hello,i tried this tutorial on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dR4xA3EXPDA  and everything went smoothly
but my tested gigabyte r9 280x still doesnt boot.

I used this "Intel ME System Tools v8 r3" https://multiup.org/e325e0572d26f60466fa94563b0569b0

after the bios edit i tested a gtx 960 on that board and its working fine https://prnt.sc/_b48ALT27yKv. also i tested the r9 280x on another board and its working fine like on the screenshots https://prnt.sc/0I7yDD4TJNvu. i dont understand what the problem is. please help.
