Hello, I need help enabling full UEFI video support on my JGINYUE X99-M D4 motherboard.
Specs:
When I disable CSM and try to boot in full UEFI mode, there is no display output.
I believe the BIOS lacks a proper UEFI GOP or DXE video driver module.
Request:
Could someone please help inject the missing video module or rebuild the BIOS so that UEFI display works on discrete graphics card?
Thank you very much!

Specs:
- CPU: Intel Xeon E5-2680 v4 (Broadwell-EP)
- GPU: RTX 5070 (also tested GTX 1650, both fail with CSM disabled)
- BIOS: extracted using FPT (attached .BIN file below)
