[Request] Monster Tulpar T7 v2.2

I own a gaming laptop branded "Monster". It's a local company that makes rebranded gaming laptops. Mine looks exactly like MSI GT70 Dominator though I'm not %100 sure about its origins. Here's the product page.

Unfortunately it has lots of advanced BIOS options locked and hidden. So I want you guys to unlock them for me. I asked the company to send me a copy of stock BIOS. They've sent me this file.

Could you please unlock any possible performance enhancement options for me? What I really need is the option to remove the 47W TDP throttling. I want to increase the TDP limit to 60W or something. It would be great if your mod could unlock this for me. Also unlocking any other advanced overclocking setting such as ram timings would be great!
