[Request]Quanta TWC( Hasee K580S i7-D3) for Performance Tunning

Im new here, from China
I really admire u guys can unlock BIOS to add extra control to Laptop.
As u see, maybe nobody knows the manufacturer called: HASEE , but u may know Quanta in Taiwan. The version of Insyde BIOS is V3.7, and this BIOS already unlocked the Kepler's OC limit, pls do not change it. Thank u very much if anyone can help me handle this
What i want is to unlock the performance unit to overclock and voltage control, because i changed my 3610QM to 3820QM QS edition.

-Manufacturer: Quanta(Hasee)
-Motherboard Model: Hasee K580S i7-D3

BTW，There's an old saying in China: Teaching is better than giving. I have the interest to learn how to mod a bios, i'll be appreciate if modder can teach me.
Finally, this mod is a .rom file, i dont know how to backup a .fd one. so, i only flash it by Win+B. i do know how to flash in DOS, but it was a long time ago
