So in DOS i typed Flash.bat hit enter and it said are you ready to flash bios if so hit entert i hit enter then it did something then i rebooted went into bios and nothing changed?

but ya i got into dos and it hasnt updated yet so idk

just tried again and i found something
Error 28: Protected Range Registers are currently set by BIOS, preventing flash access.
Please contact the target system BIOS vendor for an option to disable Protected Range Registers

i hope this isnt a dead end

I have the option to delete the Platform Key if that is needed
