Request - Toshiba Satellite P25-S670 series - NX/XD enable

Presently:  PhoenixBIOS 4.0   Release 6.0
(see screenshot attached)

Trying to install Win 8.1, installer says the CPU does not support the required features

Coreinfo says the CPU actually does (see attached report file)

BIOS does not have NX or XD enable feature, Win 8.1 Installer was not able to enable it by itself.

Is this something that can be modded to allow?

BIOS file attached, there was only one version ever released... 1.10

Pentium 4 doesn't have Physical Address Extension and NX-bit. Both of them are requirements for Windows 8. Not possible because the CPU itself lacks those features.

I was interpreting the CoreInfo results wrongly... MY BAD!!
