[Request] Unlocking ACHI in Toshiba Satellite L305D-S5900 Bios

As the title states, i installed Windows XP on my Toshiba Satellite L305D-S5900, but theres no option to enable ACHI (SATA/IDE) that in bios. This is an older laptop that came preinstalled with Vista 07-08 sometime around then.

-PS I tried looking everywhere for modded bios for this exact computer and have not found any. On a side note if you can also unlock the overclocking section (if any) that'd be awesome
