Please help me to unlock the advanced menu of bios insyde, this are my specs

Processor Name: AMD Athlon II P340 Dual Core
Processor Speed (GHz): 2.2
Video: ATI Radeon HD 4250 256MB Dedicated
Operating System: Windows® 7 Ultimate Sp1 (64-bit)
HD: 320GB
RAM: 6 GB DDR3

So.. i want unlock the advanced menu of my bios, because i want increase the vga shared memory of video, now is 256mb i want increase to 512mb. I have lot off free ram i have 6gb.... so please help
