Samsung NP300E5Z-S06AE: upgrade i5-2450m to i7-2670qm or i7-2630qm

Hi everyone,

My laptop is samsung np300e5z-s06ae, intel hm65, cpu i5-2450, bios version is 09qb.

I want to upgrade my cpu to i7-2630qm or i7-2670qm but not sure if the bios will support it. 

Can someone help me in making sure the 09qb bios will support these i7 cpus? 

Or is it possible to add microcode of the above mentioned cpus to my bios?

So i7-2640m is the best for it? If yes, 09qb will support it with no issues?
