Samsung R60: problems with new CPU

Hi everyone! I have a problem with my new CPU. I have an old laptop(samsung r60, model:NP-R60X001/SEK, Mother board model: PRAHA-NR 1 REV:1.0, STEP:MP(070628), Old CPU:Intel celeron M 1.6G/1M/533, my new cpu: Intel core 2 Duo T9300/2.50/6M/800, BIOS now:09YI, MICOM VER:01YI) When I first tried to set up my new CPU my laptop after running it starts but it has a black screen. And it is all, I think it doesnt starts beacause of MICOM versions. Sorry for my bad eenglish.
