Slic 2.1 for asrock z68 extreme4 gen 3

Hey guys, i need a request for my motherboard.
It is an asrock z68 extreme4 gen 3 board. The latest official bios is v1.10.

I need help adding a slic 2.1 to the latest bios.

Also, could instructions on hwo to do this be given as well.
Does it matter that if i am already on the latest bios version?

you flash the rom to the bios, click the links in my sig to find out how

So i would need to use afudos then?
also, the file i was sent is Z68 Extreme4 Gen3(1.10)ROM.zip
Do i use it as it is or unzipped?
